SASIG membership terms and conditions
SASIG membership is drawn almost exclusively from CSOs, CISOs, SIROs, DSOs and their staff with responsibility for security within their organisations. Professionals from other disciplines (Risk, HR, legal, supply etc.) and representatives from government and academia are also being increasingly welcomed at our events.
Due to the nature of SASIG, membership is not open to individual contractors, suppliers of security services or the press.
Members are expected to respect the Chatham House Rule* at each and every meeting. SASIG reserves the right to withdraw the membership of, and refuse admittance to future meetings, any individual who does not respect this Rule.
Membership criteria are set to ensure that the mission, integrity and values of SASIG are upheld. We reserve the right to decline membership to those whom we believe do not meet the eligibility standards.
* “When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.”
Engagement at Big SASIG
Big SASIG guests are asked to fully engage with all the opportunities available throughout the day and are encouraged to pre-book at least three workshops and at least three one-to-one meetings prior to attending the event.
